Wine and Beer

Trying something new this year in the brewery: a wine and a lager beer! The wine is a pinot noir kit, testing out the winemaking process step by step, with the wine being mature late Summer to early Autumn. Early tastes when changing vessels have been delicious. The lager is based on a Sapporo recipe, a rice-base lager, which requires precise temperature control in the newly upgraded custom-built ferment chamber.
