Three new brews are aging (resting) for consumption later this year and beyond:
Scarborough Faire - a spiced mead made with parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme from the garden.
May Day - a bochet (carmelized/burnt) mead spiced with cardamom and clove
Mr. Malty - a big malty old ale brewed to age over a long time
