Three new brews are aging (resting) for consumption later this year and beyond:

  • Scarborough Faire - a spiced mead made with parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme from the garden.

  • May Day - a bochet (carmelized/burnt) mead spiced with cardamom and clove

  • Mr. Malty - a big malty old ale brewed to age over a long time
